"The goal was to convert a nearly century-old concrete
structure into a state-of-the-art classroom facility. The new Bradley
Hall would need to be created from a building out of square and plumb
by more than 4-inches from bottom to top, with a severely deteriorated
facade. Bradley Hall would also need to remain occupied by students and
teachers throughout the exterior renovation process."
